Q:17 There are too many accumulated carbon on the spark plug .How can we do ?
A:With the accumulated carbon, the power and economy of engine will be significantly reduced. if the gasoline engine is in for a long time in low speed , low load and incomplete combustion , the Carbon pollution occurs. It is a soft carbon black,which attached to the spark plug insulator. When all of the material will cover the insulator surface, they will gradually reduce so that they can damage the insulation between the spark plug and effect spark plug arcing. When the insulation is less than 0.5-1M ohm, there are no reliable spark on the spark plug.And the combustion of the engine cylinder is in the disorder and difficult situation,which brings the engine starting difficulties and unstable idle speed; The air-fuel ratio relys on computers to adjust, but a simply adjustment of air-fuel ratio will bring other problems on the engine system.So it is the time that we should consider to solve the problem by adjusting the ECU program .
There is a Passat 1.8T which replace the spark plug 3months before modification. After upgrading ECU a month later,we removed the spark plug
and found that the surface of the spark plug is white .It mean that the car is not good combustion before midification.However, combustion and Air likelihood ratio of the engine can be improved after modification,so the accumulated carbon will disappear.

Q19:If the car inability to speed upacce,how we can do?
